Processing time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Delivery times are estimates and begin once your order has shipped, not when it is placed.
International shipping
We currently ship to select international destinations. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country. These charges are not included in our product or shipping prices and are non-refundable.
Order tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.
You can track your order directly through the carrier's website using the tracking number provided.
Lost or stolen packages
FOLIENE is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after a confirmed delivery. If your tracking shows "delivered" but you have not received your package:
- Check with neighbors and building management
- Contact your local post office or carrier
- Email us at contact@foliene.com and we will do our best to assist you
Incorrect shipping address
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. FOLIENE is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at contact@foliene.com — we may be able to update the address if the order has not yet shipped.
