30-Day Returns

Our commitment

At FOLIENE, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help. We stand behind the quality of everything we sell.

Return eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unused and unworn
  • In their original packaging with all tags attached
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-returnable items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Items marked as final sale
  • Opened or used products
  • Items without original packaging
  • Gift cards

How to start a return

To initiate a return, email us at contact@foliene.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will respond within 2 business days with a return authorization and instructions.

Please do not send items back without first contacting us — unrequested returns may not be processed and we cannot be held responsible for lost return shipments.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method
  • Please allow additional time for your bank to post the refund to your account

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for a different size or color of the same item, subject to availability. To arrange an exchange, contact us at contact@foliene.com before sending your item back.

Damaged or incorrect items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos of the item and packaging and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Return shipping costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order. We recommend using a trackable shipping method — we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item without tracking.
